Maximum dimension of the components: W x H x D = 400 x 300 x 300 mm
Filaments Consumer-grade: PLA, ABS, PET-G, HIPS, PVA, etc.
Industrial-grade: Glass / Carbon fiber, Nylon+, PC, ASA, TPU/E, PP, etc.
High Performance: Metal fill, Ultem, PEEK, etc.
For the rear light of a vintage motorcycle, a low cost PETG plastic was used.
With welded-in thread inserts and a V2A 3D-bent part,
the individual parts could be assembled to a complete unit.
A subsequent painting rounds off the overall result.
3D printing possibilities for PEEK are particularly interesting.
This material is very expensive as a raw material,
so that with conventional processes such as turning and milling parts,
expensive waste is produced.
Simple and complex components become unnecessarily expensive.
With our PEEK 3D printing, costs can be saved here.
